Don't you have a copy of Stitch Era Universal embroidery software?
You may get this free program from a local distributor. Some distributors offer Stitch Era Universal Express Version through download (free) or a CD containing Stitch Era Universal with a basic tutorial video. If no dealers are available in your country, a download option may be available in the "Find a Dealer" section of www.FreeSierraSoftware.com website. Go here.

Do you have any problem while downloading, installing or activationg the software?
Please check the Troubleshooting Section of www.EmbroideryABC.com. Problems are usualy related to internet connection, firewalls and antivirus. You may get some help from a computer technician. Check hardware & software requirements, follow accurately the instructions to get the software, install and activate it. If any error occurs, please search that error on the troubleshooting list.
